DIFFERENCE BETWEEN;

KNOWLEDGE refer the level of education, experience and training an individual must have at minimum to be considered qualified for the position.

SKILLS refer to specific skills such as ability to create, troubleshoot with computer hardware issues, manipulate and utilize spreadsheets, word, processing programs, and so on...

ABILITIES in the case, one should very be careful in this requirement. Abilities refer to the tasks vary by the natures i.e. ability to lift the 50 pounds, or the ability to move a box of paper from one location to another? Most of the day routine, abilities are refer to as visual acuity, ability to talk on the phone, and so on if appropriate.

APTITUDE refers to inherent ability. Aptitudes may be physical or mental. The innate nature of aptitude is in contrast to achievement, which represents knowledge or ability that is gained.

Aptitude also lead towards to developed component of a competency being knowledge, understanding and attitude.
